I work with adults, children and adolescents, who have a chronic condition or auto-immune disorder and who are seeking help to reclaim their health and transform their lives.
My approach is always tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. No two people are the same, even with the same health condition. So, I will work with you to devise a suitable plan that takes into account your specific aims and requirements.

Swap Healthy Plan
This is a popular introductory plan, which focuses on helping you make healthy eating into a sustainable lifestyle habit.
Firstly, we’ll identify together the foods you enjoy eating. Then I’ll help you swap them for healthier alternatives that align with your goals, taking your health conditions into account.
Gradually, I will help you eliminate the unnecessary, unhelpful foods and introduce nutritious, healthy alternatives. You will soon find that healthy eating becomes a natural lifestyle habit, rather than an unwelcome chore.
Using ayurvedic healing
An imbalance can often be at the root of a chronic condition. That’s why I use ayurvedic methods to help bring about positive change in your health and wellness.
Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient and holistic system originating from India. It focuses on using a variety of treatments and lifestyle changes to rebalance your mind, body and spirit.
I will incorporate nutrition, herbal remedies, lifestyle changes and mindfulness practices to help you achieve overall wellness.
