It is important to note that as Nutritionists, we are not licensed to diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment. Our advice and recommendations are not intended to replace professional medical advice and treatment. We may recommend food supplements and functional testing as part of the therapy program, and it should be noted that we may receive a commission on these products or services. We adhere to the standards of professional practice set by relevant governing bodies. This document pertains only to the scope of Nutrition within our consultation.
Clients are expected to understand and agree to the following:

They are responsible for contacting their GP about any health concerns.

If they are receiving treatment from their GP or any other medical provider, they should inform them about any nutritional strategy provided by the Nutritionist. This is necessary because of any possible reaction between medication and the nutritional program.

It is important that they inform the Nutritionist about any medical diagnosis, medication, herbal medicine, or food supplements they are taking as this may affect the nutritional program.

If they are unclear about the agreed nutritional program/food supplement doses/time period, they should contact the Nutritionist promptly for clarification.

They understand that the advice is personal to them and may not be appropriate for others.

They must contact the Nutritionist should they wish to continue any specified supplement program for longer than the original agreed period, to avoid any potential adverse reactions.

Client Confidentiality

It is important to note that client confidentiality and privacy will be maintained and any information shared during consultations will only be shared with other healthcare professionals with the client's written consent. Refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.

Fee Structure

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. The following applies:

In the event that an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, half of the fee for the appointment will be incurred.

If an appointment is missed without prior notice, the full fee will be charged

Recording consultations using any form of electronic media is not allowed without the written permission of both the client and the nutritionist.

The Nutritionist has completed a Level 4 diploma in Nutrition. This course has been endorsed by the Quality Licence Scheme (QLS) for its high-quality training programs. The learning outcomes of the course have been benchmarked at Level 4 against level descriptors published by the UK Government. Certificates are available upon request.
